Stamford man takes on gruelling cycling challenge for air ambulance that saved life

Twenty years after Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance came to his rescue at a time of need, a man from Stamford and his cyclist friends have raised more than £4,500 for the charity by pedalling coast-to-coast-to-coast.

Barry Daff was a keen runner and had already completed five London Marathons by the time 2002 arrived, and his life changed forever.
