One Stop to re-open after refurb

One refurb: One Stop will be opening it’s doors again after a refurbishment and change on owners.

The One Stop store on the High Street will re-open on Thursday, July 21 after a thorough refurbishment and change in ownership.

The shop, which was previously run by Mills Group, will be open from 6am until 11pm, seven days a week.

It will sell a range of products from groceries and chilled foods as well as household goods and baby products.

The store will also provide National Lottery, PayPoint, E top-up facilities and a free-to-use cash machine.

Tony Reed, CEO of One Stop said it is “exciting news” that they have acquired the shop.

Reed added: “We can introduce One Stop’s quality, range and value to the local community.

“We’ve made a significant investment in refurbishing the store, creating a better shopping experience. I’m also happy to confirm that we have been able to bring down prices and delighted to be able to welcome our customers to come in and look around.”

Reed also reassured that despite the change in ownership, the original staff will be keeping their jobs.
