Wagamama will open its Lincoln restaurant on Brayford Pool on November 7.
The Japanese-inspired chain will be located in the old Harbour Master’s office, which has been demolished and rebuilt in a modern style, with 98 seats inside and 50 outside.
“We are thrilled to continue our expansion by opening our latest restaurant in Lincoln,” Wagamama director of marketing, Ingrid Williamson said.
“We look forward to welcoming local noodle lovers and hopefully some new Wagamama fans,” she added.
The restaurant will offer a choice of rice dishes and salads as well as ramen noodles.
Lincoln-based commercial agent Banks Long & Co handled the letting of the premises and Stem Architects designed the new restaurant, which was built by Lindum.
