Men from Lincoln and Sleaford charged with series of burglaries

Burglary charges: A Lincoln man and two men from Sleaford have been charged with a number of burglaries in the Sleaford area last month.

A Lincoln man and two men from Sleaford have been charged with a number of burglaries in the Sleaford area last month.

Liam Thomas, 30, of Woodfield Avenue in Lincoln; Paul Leonard Owen, 45, of Boston Road in Sleaford; and Danny Nigel Barnes, 28, of Nags Head Passage in Sleaford, have all been charged with the following:

  • Burglary Dwelling at Pavilion Gardens on May 28
  • Burglary Other at Church Street on May 24
  • Burglary Other at Mareham Lane on May 28

Liam Thomas from Lincoln has also been charged with the theft of a bike from Queens Street in Billinghay between May 20 and 21 2015, and a burglary at High Street, Billinghay, on May 22.

Paul Leonard Owen has a further charged of possession of class A drugs, on May 28.

All three men were charged on Friday, May 29 and appeared in Magistrates Court on Saturday, May 30. They have been released on bail to attend Lincoln Crown Court on a date to be set.
