Officers are appealing for witnesses after a man was seriously injured in a Skegness pub.

The incident took place in or near the Summerlands Pub on Roman Bank, Winthorpe at around half past midnight in the early hours of Sunday morning (August 14).

A man, aged in his 40s, remains in hospital where he is receiving treatment for a head injury.

Anyone drinking in or leaving the Summerlands Pub on Sunday night may have vital information.
