The unusual boat restaurant is currently up for sale with Chartered Surveyor Banks Long & Co and is anchored on a pitch leased from The Brayford Trust.

The business is asking for offers in the region of £300,000.

It features a fully fitted restaurant, which extends to about 1,608 sq ft and can seat 170 people, including outdoor areas.
