Human mannequins have been catching out shoppers in Lincoln.
Did you spot them? Living and breathing mannequins invaded Lincoln High Street this afternoon, catching out unsuspecting window shoppers.
Several city centre stores, including Debenham’s, Marks & Spencer, Primark and New Look had live models standing in for their mannequins in the first event of the annual Lincoln Fashion Week on Friday, April 28.
Primark had a large crowd of people taking pictures of the display outside.

Models were swapped every 15 minutes, giving passers by a live showcases of the latest trends on the city’s streets.

Mannequin models were stationed in New Look in Waterside Shopping Centre looked superbly statuesque.

A Fashion Week booth was also placed outside New Look, with promoters giving out free Fashion Week shirts, programmes and goodie bags.
As reported previously, the event which put Lincoln on the UK’s fashion trail for the first time last year, has returned with a packed programme of activities throughout the week.
The fashion week finale takes place on May 5 when a catwalk show will be held at the Alive Church.

Lincoln Fashion Week celebrates the fashion culture in Lincoln with a full eight days of fashion events in various venues in Lincoln City Centre.
