Driver failed to stop after knocking cyclist from bike near Lincoln

Can you help? Cyclist was knocked from his bike by a driver who failed to stop near Lincoln.

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for information and witnesses after a cyclist was knocked from his bike near Lincoln.

The incident happened at around 4.15pm on July 27 on the Tillbridge Lane junction with Saxilby Road in Sturton by Stow.

The victim, a man in his 50s, was knocked off his bike by a silver or dark grey car.

Police say the vehicle is believed to have stopped momentarily before leaving in the direction of Saxilby.

The cyclist did not sustain serious injuries.

Officers are appealing for witnesses to the incident in order to identify the driver of the car.
