CCTV appeal: Man wanted after meat joints stolen from Co-op in Louth

Lincolnshire Police have released a CCTV image of a man wanted after meat joints were stolen from the Co-op in Louth.

Officers investigating the theft have said that the man walked into the store on Newmarket at 10.40am on Thursday, January 18, and was caught on CCTV cameras.

Police have said the placed a number of meat joints in the basket before leaving.

A police spokesperson said: “The man was described as in his late 30s, 5ft 10ins, with short dark brown hair and wearing brown trainers, blue jeans, and a large grey coat.

“If you saw anything, or recognise the man in the picture, please call 101 quoting incident 283 of January 18.”
