Now, the council’s planning department has given the green light for the development.
Homes will be constructed on the site next to Brant Road along with 98 car parking spaces and public open space.
Among them, there will be 13 two-bed, four three-bed and four one-bed affordable rental properties.
The site is located to the west of Waddington and the north of Station Road.
The applicants said in a design and access statement for the plans: “The development offers affordable housing within an area with high levels of market housing provision.
“Careful consideration has been made to the design to positively enhance both the site and its surroundings, with detailing designed to a high standard.”
North Kesteven District Council’s planning committee will consider further developments in Waddington at a meeting on April 3.
