Two injured in Lincoln flat fire

Cause of the fire is still under investigation

Two people have suffered from smoke inhalation after a flat fire in Lincoln.

Six fire crews attended the incident at around 12.30am on Tuesday, June 26 on Cromwell Street in the city.

They used four breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets to extinguish the blaze.

Two people were taken to hospital after the incident, but their injuries are not reportedly life threatening.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
