Three new Lincoln stores opening this week

There’s something coming for everyone

There’s something for everyone when three brand new stores open their doors in Lincoln this week.

B&M, Game and Rock Retro will start trading this week, despite recent news that 15 shops closed in the city last year.

It seems to come at a great time for Lincoln after JYSK opened their new store to record beating crowds this weekend after relocating from St Mark’s.

The Lincolnite took a sneak peek inside the Scandinavian furniture store before it opened.

B&M will follow in the footsteps of JYSK when it opens in the brand new Deacon Retail Park on Friday, May 10.

Charity shop Sue Ryder will also open in the same retail park later this month on May 24.

Game will open a brand new store in Lincoln on May 9 after they closed down both of their High Street and Cornhill sites.

It will open in the former Topman store on Benedict’s Square. Their Twitter page has been announcing discounted prices on consoles for the grand opening.

The owners of a new vintage clothing store are also preparing to open up shop on Guildhall Street on May 11.

Rock Retro is taking over the old Back to Mono shop to sell clothes inspired by the 1980s and 1990s.

They will be giving away free sunglasses for the first 20 purchases over £10 and are offering a 10% discount to students.
