The plans will help with “future investment”, say developers

Three commercial buildings are set to be built on a Lincoln business site after plans have been given the go-ahead.

City of Lincoln Council approved the proposal on land known as the Bracebridge Motor Body Works, Newark Road.

The buildings will provide eight new industrial units which will come with 1,551 square metres of space

38 car parking spaces are also included in the plans to benefit existing businesses in the area.

Site plans for the business units as included in the proposals.

Developers Property Lincs Ltd said the site provides an opportunity for “future investment”.

In its plans, it said: “This site provides local employment as one of many established business locations within the city.

“These enhancements will enable it to continue and to prosper for the future generations of business owners and employees contributing to the ongoing success of the city.”
