Gainsborough staff pushed by thief who made off with £17k watches haul

Police believe this man can help with enquiries

Four watches worth a combined total of around £17,000 were stolen from a jewellers in Gainsborough after the offender pushed a member of staff to gain access.

The valuable watches were taken from the main window display at Stanley Hunt Jewellers in Marshall’s Yard at around 2.30pm on Monday, September 30.

Lincolnshire Police released an image of a man they are trying to identify, who they believe may have information to help with their enquiries.

They also released images of the following four watches:

Police are also keen to speak to anyone who has information relating to the stolen watches or the burglary itself, as well as people who were in the area around the time of the incident.
