Lincoln man charged with six offences including rape

A Lincoln man recently arrested in York has been charged with six offences including threats to kill and rape.

Nathan Booth, 29, was previously being sought by police in connection with an assault and an appeal was issued to help locate him.

He had been on the run since the early hours of Saturday, October 12 before being arrested in York on Monday, October 21.

Booth, from Swift Gardens in Lincoln, has now been charged with offences including criminal damage, grievous bodily harm, threats to kill, engaging in controlling or coercive behaviour and rape.

He will appear at Lincoln District Magistrates Court on Wednesday, October 23.
