Man arrested and witness appeal after Lincoln stabbing

A man has been arrested after a stabbing in Lincoln and police are searching for a potential witness (pictured above).

A man in his is 50s was found with stab wounds in St Benedict’s Square at around 7.10pm on Friday, October 11.

A 53-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm following the incident.

The victim was taken to Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham with injuries which are not thought to be life-threatening.

Police would like to speak to the man pictured in the below photos, who may have information relating to the incident.
