Funeral fundraiser

A close friend of Danny’s, Liam Ross, has set up a fundraising page through JustGiving to “help give Danny the send off that both he and his family deserve”.

At the time of publication, the page has raised just short of £600 of its £4,000 target.

On the page, Liam said: “His death has been a huge shock to everyone, especially to his mum Liz and dad John, sister Melanie and his little boy Macauley.

“The financial implications of a funeral unfortunately can be quite costly, even more so when the person’s passing is so untimely.

“As one of Danny’s best friends, I would like to ask everyone to make a donation, no matter how big or small, to help give Danny the send off that both he and his family deserve.”
