Soup-er immunity boosting grub keeps spirits high at Lincoln solicitors

Served by an Italian restaurant in Lincoln

Staff at a Lincoln solicitors firm were treated to a specially commissioned soup-er immunity boosting lunch from a nearby Italian restaurant.

The idea for Immunistrone was created by the team at Dale & Co and Vincenzo Tragni, owner of the nearby La Trattoria da Vincenzo restaurant on West Parade.

The Immunistrone is packed with fresh Lincolnshire vegetables, chilli and garlic, along with Vincenzo’s modern twist, to keep the team’s spirits high during a time of crisis.

The team at Dale & Co are currently working in isolation with office doors closed and files left outside each office for collection. Emails and telephone calls have replaced face-to-face contact.

Solicitor Richard Dale said: “It’s not just the boost of the nutrients of the vegetables – the extra garlic ensures we have effective social distancing.

“The staff have been amazing, but it is tough for them to have reduced contact with each other.”

He added that he hoped Friday’s lunch was the first of many because it was “bellissimo”.
