Lincoln St Barnabas charity appeals for protective equipment for staff

Staff need more equipment to stay safe at work

By Local Democracy Reporter

A Lincolnshire hospice has launched an urgent appeal for extra personal protective equipment to be delivered in order to keep patients and staff safe.

In a statement released on Facebook, St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice asked for donations of gloves, aprons, face masks and visors in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus between patients and staff.

People with links to dentists, vets, physios, salons and factories are being encouraged to pass the message on so that everyone within the hospice has protection from COVID-19.

Anyone who can provide help with this has been asked to call Alison on 07850 083281.
