Police appeal after domestic incident in Lincoln village

A woman stopped vehicles asking for help

Police are investigating a domestic incident between a man and a woman after the woman approached vehicles asking for help.

Between 4 and 5pm on Friday, August 7, a man and a woman were driving a silver Vauxhall Combo van near the Welton and District Riding Club in Eagle Moor.

The woman got out of the van and came towards two vehicles, first a woman in a tractor, then two people in a car, asking for help.

Police have since arrested a 41-year-old man and released him on bail.

She was asking for them to call the police, and officers are looking for these witnesses to get in touch.
