Lincoln pub closed due to coronavirus cases

Staff are self isolating

A pub in Lincoln has shut “for the time being” due to coronavirus cases and staff are currently self isolating.

The West End Tap on Newland Street West said it is working with the NHS’ Track and Trace and the council.

In a statement on the pub’s Facebook page it said: “This obviously means the pub will be shut for the time being, but we are working with track and trace and the council, and will make sure we can be open again as soon as it’s completely safe to do so.

“Another blow, but thanks to everyone for all the support through this, we will be back soon!”
