North Kesteven District Council’s transformation plans at Sleaford Market Place will “kill business” in the area and prove “catastrophic” for the town, residents and local independents have argued.

Plans were first revealed for a Sleaford Market Place revamp in July this year, proposing that the area stops being used as a car park, and it’s instead transformed into a communal public space for visitors and residents alike.
