Wilko’s Lincoln store awaits new life as other Lincolnshire shops find saviours

The curtain has fallen on the Wilko era, with many Lincolnshire locations quickly snatched up by eager retailers. Yet, Lincoln’s own former Wilko store remains unclaimed.

When Wilko faced administration in August, hopes of a rescue deal fizzled out. This left over 400 stores to vanish from our High Streets, all shutting their doors by October.
