Some 10 local businesses will work with the Lincoln developers to bring the construction to life.
Director of Jackson & Jackson Developments Dominik Jackson said: “We’ve worked hard to appoint local suppliers and as a firm take pride in placing contracts into the local economy.
“There is an abundance of skilled professionals in our area and for us is the obvious place to find and appoint teams to help us make One The Brayford a reality.
“Over the 18-month construction period, we will be working with a strong team of professionals, all from Lincoln, providing services from construction to web design and quantity surveying to engineering.”

Suppliers include; Lindum Construction, LGG Projects, Stem Architects, Pygott & Crone, Banks Long & Co, Globe Consultants, Project 7, Ward Cole, EBS Ltd and Garnder and Theobald.
Simon Gregory, managing director of Lindum Construction, said: “This is an exciting development for Lincoln and we are really pleased that as well as ourselves, all the other suppliers are from the area – a strong message on the abundance of talented contractors in the county.
“In addition, many of us know each other from previous work which always make the process a little easier.”
Tim Downing, director at sales agent Pygott & Crone, said: “I think it’s great Dominik and the team have chosen to only appoint local firms and is testament that the thriving Lincoln business community can support such a large development.
“Unlike other cities within the region, Lincoln hasn’t had an over supply of luxury residential schemes and there is already a great deal of interest in this development – with 20 of the 89 apartments already under offer.”
Vaughan Owen, of Stem Architects Ltd said: “This development aims to restore life into a part of the Brayford that currently feels discontinued and on completion, will be a very impressive and aesthetically pleasing building. We appreciate being selected to work on a fantastic project amongst neighbouring talent.”
Jackson & Jackson is working in partnership with Richardsons Capital LLP to develop the existing Mill House and Viking House on Lincoln’s waterfront to create One The Brayford.
