A former pub site in Scunthorpe which had to be demolished after it was set on fire could be turned into social housing.
Ongo Homes has submitted proposals to turn the former Ashby Star pub land into 16 affordable homes.
The pub was demolished back in December 2017 after it was believed to have been set on fire by children playing inside the derelict building.
Residents living on nearby Rochdale Road and Lancaster Road said that the building was often a playground for children and young people.

A Freedom of Information request revealed that the 12 reports of anti-social behaviour on the site were made to Humberside Police in the 12 months leading up to the fire on July 31.
Following the incident, owner of the site, David Brown, promised to demolish the building.
Now, proposals have been lodged to turn the site into social housing.
Ongo said it hope to see a decision made on the plans by North Lincolnshire Council in the coming months.
Martin Phillips, development manager at Ongo said: “This site has now gone in for planning and we’re hoping to hear before Christmas if this is approved.
“We have done consultation with local residents about the future of the site and we tweaked the plans that were submitted based on feedback we received during the consultation.”
The plans would see eight two-bed homes and eight three-bed homes built on the site along with 24 parking spaces.
Meanwhile, further proposals are expected for the West Street area in the town.
