Thousands of runners warm up for Lincoln 10K

Over 5,500 runners are expected to raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity

Over 5,500 runners are gearing up to take part in the Asda Foundation City of Lincoln 10K.

They will all raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity on Sunday, April 7 and many will try to beat their personal best times

Youngsters will also get moving on Saturday, April 6 at Yarborough Leisure Centre for the Arena Group Mini & Junior Runs.

Heavy snowfall forced organisers to postpone the Lincoln 10K road race scheduled to take place on March 17, 2018.

As previously reported, around 5,000 runners returned to complete the re-arranged event in sweltering conditions in July 2018.
