Wizz Air will be running six more routes from Doncaster Sheffield Airport from next month.
The airline set up its base at Doncaster Sheffield in August and will now be expanding business to fly to more sunny destinations.
New routes will travel to Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Tenerife, Lisbon and Eindhoven, starting from October 22.
Flights to Lanzarote and Tenerife will start first, operating on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from October 22, with Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria and Lisbon following the day after.
These flights will run on Mondays and Fridays, and trips to Eindhoven will begin on Sunday, October 25 and continue on Wednesdays as well.
Tickets prices start as low as £17.99.
Strict social distancing protocols have been introduced by Wizz Air UK to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Everyone on board must wear face masks, and a daily cleaning schedule has been arranged by the airline to disinfect the plane.
Owain Jones, managing director of Wizz Air UK, said: “More local jobs, more much-needed connections for the region, more ultra-low fares to favourite holiday destinations and European cities and more reason than ever before for our customers to keep saying yes to flying from their local airport.”
