Donna Nook: Over 2,000 seals on Lincolnshire coast for birthing season

We are in peak birthing season for seals, and each year thousands of them make the trip to Donna Nook nature reserve in Lincolnshire to breed, offering visitors an incredible opportunity to see these impressive mammals in the flesh.

The seals make their trip over to the Lincolnshire coastline each winter to breed and birth pups, typically arriving around early November and staying until the end of the year — and they do not travel alone.
